One short activity each day to help a healthy dog think about where their body is, how they move, and how calmly they can work with you. Use a stable, non-slip surface. Keep sessions short and comfortable. This educational challenge is for healthy dogs and is not a substitute for veterinary care or canine physical therapy. Stop if your dog shows discomfort or reluctance.
